Obituary

Anna E. Pressler, aged 65, passed away on June 7, 2023, in a Lancaster hospital. Her passing was sudden and unexpected taken from us just 3 weeks after being told she had cancer and other life altering illnesses. She was born on July 30 1957, in Abington Pa. Anna was a beloved member of her family and community, known for her unwavering faith in God and her dedication to her loved ones. Anna spent most of her working years in the restaurant and beverage industry, where she made countless friends and loyal customers with her infectious personality and warm smile. She took great pride in her work and was always eager to help others in any way she could. Anna is survived by her life-long partner of 24 years, Mitch Bard, her son Terry Thurman, her daughter Heather Thurman, her mother, younger sister, and brother, as well as 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, partner, and friend, and her memory will be cherished by all who knew her. Anna was a woman of deep faith, and her Bible was a constant source of comfort and guidance to her. She was known for quoting the words of Joel Osteen, and her unwavering belief in God was an inspiration to all who knew her. A memorial service will be held in honor of Anna's life, and details will be announced at a later time.
