IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Barry Lee Joseph
High
August 26, 1952 – March 6, 2026
Barry Lee Joseph High , 74, beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and adventure.
Born in Harrisburg to the late Isaac and Virginia (Schultz) High, Barry was a proud United States Marine, embodying the values of honor, courage, and commitment throughout his life. His service to his country was a source of deep pride, and he carried the Marine spirit with him in all he did.
Barry’s passion for motorcycles was well-known among his family and friends. He found freedom and joy on the open road, often sharing stories of his travels and the camaraderie he found among fellow riders. His adventurous spirit inspired those around him to embrace life’s journey with enthusiasm.
He was a devoted dog dad to his cherished companions, Rosie and Micky, who brought him endless happiness and comfort. Barry’s love for his dogs was matched only by the affection he showed his family.
He is survived by his devoted daughter, Stacie Rineer, who brought immense joy and pride to his life. Barry was a loving grandfather to Sydney Knode and Johnathan Knode, and a cherished great-grandfather to Silas Knode. His family meant the world to him, and he valued every moment they shared together.
Barry’s warmth, humor, and generosity touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.
A gathering to celebrate Barry’s life will be held at his favorite breakfast spot, where stories and memories will be shared in his honor.
Semper Fi, Barry. Ride free.
