Berta Dolores Ruiz-Ortiz, passed away Lancaster General Hospital on July 23, 2025, after a brief illness. She was 67. Born in March of 1958 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Jose and Maria Balbina (Ortiz-Concepcion) Ruiz. She was a homemaker most of her life. Berta is survived by her children Benjamin Morales, Pedro Resto, and Carmen Resto.
