Brian Sherman Aston

Brian S. Aston, 69, of Columbia, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on August 13, 2026. Born in Columbia to the late Cletus and Dawn (Daron) Aston, he was the loving husband of Lynda J. (Cover) Aston and a proud graduate of Columbia High School.

Brian was an avid fan of Philadelphia sports and enjoyed watching Penn State Football. In addition, he enjoyed wrestling and fishing. He enjoyed caring for the family pets. Most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Lynda, Brian is survived by his children, Melinda and Adam; his grandchildren, Hailey, Aubrey, Ryan, Grace, and Zaylee; his sister, Donna; as well as extended family and many friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents and his brother, Timothy.
