Carol Ann Schreffler

Carol Ann Schreffler, 67, of Marietta, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on October 17, 2026. Born in Danville, PA in 1959, she was the daughter of the late Luke H. and Edith Klinger and the loving wife of Steven W. Schreffler.

Carol graduated from Line Mountain High School and attended music school in St Louis, followed by taking several correspondence courses for interior decoration. She was a Self-Employed Interior Decorator and Master Tailoress (Tailor and Seamstress) for decades.

She loved to sew, hang out with the grandkids, woodworking and helping with costumes for amateur theater.

Carol is survived by her husband, Steven W. Schreffler; her children, Jolene C. McVean, Jill E. Nye, and S. Adam Schreffler; her grandchildren, Jonathan McVean, Jadon McVean, Joel McVean, and Madelynne Nye; as well as extended family and friends.
