David Degenhardt, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. He survived by his wife Janet and grandson Andrew Gish. Proceeded in death by his daughter Melissa Degenhardt Gish.

Dave was born in Altoona on June 8, 1949. He was the son of the Late Raymond Degehardt and Elizabeth (Davis).

In his early years, he worked in the printing field. Then, he became a self-employed contractor. In his final years, he transported the Amish. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Dave enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing at his cabin in the mountains. He also enjoyed drinking beer and conversing with friends at the Pequea Valley Sportsman, Pequea Boat Club, and Millersville Manor VFW.

Services will be private.
