Dawn M. Hook, 61, of York, passed away at her residence on December 23, 2025. Born in Baltimore, MD to the late Robert and Jolinda (Lashbaugh) Virtz, in 1964, she was the loving wife to Francis Packard, IV. Dawn worked as an owner/operator of an auto glass industry for more for than 30 years.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by extended family and many friends.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
