Dominga Cedano-Cedano, 74, passed away unexpectedly in Lancaster on Sunday, October 5, 2025. Born in Higuel, Dominican Republic in 1951 to the late Victoriano Cedano-Sanchez and Josephine Cedano-Reyes, Dominga worked a homemaker and home healthcare caretaker for most of her life. She took special pride in being a dressmaker, often pouring her creativity and care into her creations. Dominga found peace and community with her local church family by regularly attending services.

She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Young, of Lancaster, as well as extended family and many friends.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
