Edwin J McCafferty, 75, of Lancaster, was welcomed into the arms of his Savior on January 8, 2026. After giving his life to Jesus Christ, he lived his life as a minister in several Assembly of God churches and Teen Challenge.

He was born in Philadelphia to the late Eugene and Marie (Johnson) McCafferty. He is survived by siblings, Francis McCafferty, Patricia Haeuser and Beth Moncrief along with many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters Regina Doyle and Eileen Taggart along with brothers Vincent and Joseph.
