Elaine DeFranco, 88, passed away April 10, in Lancaster, PA. surrounded by family. Born in Easton PA, to the late George and Helen Lehr, and the devoted wife of 65 years to the late Joseph DeFranco, who passed away March 1st of this year and now they are reunited forever.
Elaine grew up in Alpha, New Jersey and attended University of Delaware, then went to live in Greenwich Village, New York, where she worked as a dietitian, before returning to her hometown of Alpha where she met her husband.
