Ellen Ann (Cain) Williams , 77, of Lancaster, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on March 21, 2026.

Ellen was a housekeeping and laundry supervisor at several nursing facilities in Lancaster and Columbia. She has a passion interest in Korean movies, playing Bingo with her friends, and visiting the beach.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Cain; her sons, Michael Cain and Matthew Williams; grandchildren, Keara Miller, Jaichell Wright, Maliyah Carter, Darnell Carter, Kacy Cain, and Jase Williams; great-grandchildren, Tyquan, Ah’Niyah, Ah’Mya, Asani, Raheem, Kimora, and Aveyah; her siblings, Kelly and Jason Millar; as well as extended family, and many friends.

At her request, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
