Geraldine "Geri" Ann Woodward, 71, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023 after a brief illness with her son and grandson by her side. She was born on January 24, 1952, in North Brunswick, NJ to Gerald and Antonia DeBaro. Raised in North Brunswick, it was there where she would meet her future husband and love of her life, Wilfred "Woody" Woodward when she was 19. Geri was a gentle, soft spoken, kind, caring and unselfish soul who dearly loved her family and never met a stranger. She enjoyed gardening, reading and traveling with Woody in their later years. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, husband and youngest son, Wilfred "Woody" Roberts Woodward III in 2015. She is survived by her son, Rodney Woodward of Bluffton, SC; her grandsons Evan and Wyatt Woodward; her brother-in-law Robert Woodward (Lauri) of Allentown, NJ; her niece Allison Belardinella and nephew Robert Woodward, Jr. A graveside service at Mellinger's Cemetery in Lancaster, PA, will be held sometime in early June.
