Glenn Andrew Fawber, 75, was born January 13, 1948, in Lancaster, PA. Glenn lived in Strasburg, PA when he passed July 6, 2023, at Lebanon VA Medical Center. Glenn enjoyed family gatherings, playing cards with a group of his closest friends, coaching and playing softball, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles. He served in the United States Army in Vietnam from 1968 to 1970. Glenn's children are son Dwayne Fawber and daughter Jamie Spoonhoward, wife of Jeff Spoonhoward. His grandchildren are Victoria Rineer, married to Darren Rineer; Sarah Warfel, married to Michael Warfel; and Addison Spoonhoward. Glenn's surviving siblings are Norman "Butch" Fawber; Harvey Fawber, married to Kathy Fawber; and Margaret "Peg" Palmer. Glenn's siblings that are no longer with us are Fern Schneider, Russell Fawber, Warren "Pud" Fawber, Nancy Borchick, and Art Fawber. On Wednesday, July 26, at 11:00 am EDT a military service will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, followed by a celebration of life at Grace Community Church of Willow Street (212 Peach Bottom Rd) at 3:00 pm. Food will be provided after the ceremony.
