Harry F. Leibfried

Harry Franklin Leibfried, 54, of Harrisburg, passed away at his residence on May 11, 2026. Born in Harrisburg to the late Jack and Eris (Shoop) Leibfried, he was a 1989 graduate of Central Dauphin High School. 

Harry worked as a carpenter and contractor for more than 25 years. Outside of work, he enjoyed riding horses - something he enjoyed since his childhood and well into his adult years. Living on the mountain in Piketown brought him peace and joy.

In his youth, Harry was a member of the Blue Mountain Riders, Twinbrooks Horse Show Association, and the 4-H Youth programs.

Harry is survived by his brother, Scott, and his sister, Sharon, both of Harrisburg as well as 5 nieces and 1 nephew. 

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
