Jacqueline “Jackie” R. Roth, 75, of Akron, passed away on June 15, 2026, at Maple Farm Nursing Center. She was born in Elgin, Illinois to the late Howard V. and Adele (Gardella) Schram, and early in life excelled at secretarial work and graduated with a degree in the field. She then worked in the medical records field.

Jackie enjoyed traveling as much as time allowed. Her yearly trips with her husband and son, Christopher, to New England and to the beaches and Ocean on the east coast were a delight for her.

Jackie loved Stief Animals and enjoyed the hunt for quality antiques everywhere she traveled to. Her love was stuffed animals for ages ago, as well as graniteware and cast-iron cookware.

Jackie co-managed with her husband at the time, Edward Perez, the Log Cabin Antique Center located on North Reading Road, Denver PA. Together they built what is now known as "Antiques Capital USA" in Adamstown, PA.

Jackie came to know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior later in life, and she was Alive for the Gospel and sharing her Faith with those she met.

She is survived by her son, Christopher H. Perez (husband of Danelle) of Denver, PA.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
