Jeffrey James Roberts (1952-2024) died March 3rd after a year long battle with cancer.

He was a life long resident of Lancaster County with the exception of his college years spent at Shippensburg University.

In his younger years he worked in the Hospitality Industry and later went on to work for the Lancaster Newspaper for more than thirty years.

He enjoyed collecting antiques and scouring flea markets. In recent years he spent vacation time in Lewes and Rehoboth beach towns with friends. He also liked exploring small and remote cemeteries in Lancaster & York counties in the search of long dead ancestors.

He is predeceased by his parents, Mary (Torbert) and Edward (Duck) Roberts with whom he will be interred in Washington Boro Cemetery.
