Jesse Willard Decker, Jr., 85 of Dover, PA, passed away at UMPC Harrisburg Hospital on November 8, 2025. Born in York, PA in 1940 to the late Jesse and Margaret (Wilderson) Decker, Sr., he was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and worked as a forklift operator for PH Gladfelter for over 27 years. In addition, Jesse loved watching old war movies and working in the garden every day, especially tending to his tomato plants. He was a longtime member of the VFW, the 13th Ward Club, and the Vikings Club.

Jesse is survived by his two brothers, dan his son, Dennis Decker, of Dover.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
