Joal M. Bloodgood

Joal M. Bloodgood, 82, of Oxford, passed away at Ware Presbyterian Village on July 8, 2026. Born in Neptune, NJ to the late Alfred and Josephine (Sobelski) Perkins, she was a graduate of Ann May School of Nursing who enjoyed a long nursing career. She later became the secretary at G&G Stairs in Neptune, NJ.

Joal loved animals of any kind and nature of any sort. She also loved to sew and did so until she couldn't sit in the chair anymore due to the arthritis.

Joal was a generous soul who helped any animal she could.

Joal belonged to a quilting club in Missouri until she moved to Pennsylvania with her daughter.

She truly enjoyed her grandchildren near and far.

Joal is survived by her children, Kerri Bloodgood Lupfer, married to John Lupfer, and their children Matthew and Brayden; Stacy Bloodgood Jr., married to Carla, and their daughter Nicole; Rock Bloodgood, married to Danielle, and their Erin (husband of Seth), Ashley and Victoria; as well as extend family and friends.
