Joyce E. (Dubs) Brown, 81 years old, of York County died peacefully on July 18, 2024 at Spiritrust Lutheran Home, in the presence of her family.

Her life began in Dallastown, PA to William and Helen Dubs.

Joyce graduated from Dallastown High School. She continued her education to become a Registered Nurse. She retired from Heatherbank Nursing Home in Columbia, PA. She enjoyed volunteering her time with many local organizations in York County. Joyce loved participating in a variety of crafts, painting was her favorite. Her greatest love was Jet the cat. Joyce Brown was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ Red Lion, PA.

She will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by children Tina Troup (Red Lion, PA), Tiffany Niemeyer (Red Lion, PA), Tracy Frederick (Mt. Wolf, PA), Richard Brown Jr. ( Stewartstown, PA), and 8 beloved grandchildren Amy Copenheaver, Shawn Copenheaver, Amber Neville, Anthony Niemeyer, Johnathon Brown, Elaina Niemeyer, Tyler Frederick, and Anastasia Brown

She was preceded in death by husband Richard J. Brown, parents William and Helen Dubs and two brothers Barry and Brian Dubs.
