Kay Marie Leonard

Kay Marie Leonard, formally of Enola PA, peacefully passed away on October 1, 2026, at Pleasant Acres in York, PA.

Born July 9, 1945, in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late James JB and Evelyn R (Stewart) Leonard.

Kay’s journey had many twists, turns and adventures. She loved Rehobeth Beach vacations. Spending time with her grandchildren gave her purpose and love. Enjoying time with niece, Jody, day trips and some weekends. Living with son, Paul and spending time with grandson Conner. Weekends with Holly and grands were most special. To those who knew Kay, was to know a true survivor and danced to her own tune, rain or shine and a lot of lonely rough roads.

Kay is survived by sons, Matthew J Popp-Gower and Paul W Gower. Grandchildren, Holland M Burger, Zaccory, Corrine M Gower, Connor P Gower and Five great grandchildren. Siblings James, Charles, Deborah Leonard, Karen Purdue

Predeceased by grandchild, Ciara NL Burger, brother, Robert S Leonard.
