Keith Ryan Bell

Keith Ryan Bell, 66, of Shippensburg, PA, passed away at home surrounded by family on July 13, 2026. Born on October 22, 1959 in Barnwell, SC to Charles H. Bell and Susie A. Ulmer. He was a retired minister through the Church of God. Prior to entering the ministry, Keith worked for his father’s business, Bell’s TV Service. He loved God all his life, studied the Bible every day, loved playing games with friends and family, and loved joking around with his great sense of humor. One of Keith’s favorite hobbies was just spending time with his wife, daughters, and grandchildren.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Susie Bell, and his brother, Roger Bell. He is survived by his wife Tracey Thomas; daughters Savannah (Daniel) Hitzler and Grace Bell; grandchildren Micah Vaughn and Lianna Hitzler; siblings Charlie (Mary) Bell, Bobby Bell, Gloria Mitchell, Ken (Trish) Bell, David Bell, Phil (Melissa) Bell, Cheryl (Jimmy) Wyndham, Elaine Ferraro. Keith was also blessed with many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on August 1, 2026 at 5:00 pm at Connexus Community COG in Moncks Corner, SC. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Savannah Hitzler to offset funeral expenses.
