Kenneth Olsen, 67, of Millersville passed away on the 2nd of March 2024 at Lancaster General Hospital.

His life began in Grimstad, Norway to Thoralf and Elsa Olsen.

He was brought to the US when he was 2 years old and he became a citizen of the US when he was 20 years old. He worked in the family bakery, Olsen's Bakery in Brooklyn, NY for 13 years. Then went on to be a Bakery Supervisor at Costco in New Jersey. Through the years he enjoyed his time, golfing and bowling with his brothers. Ken enjoyed all sports especially horse racing. He had a great love for dogs and had many over the years. His favorite musical group was the Bangles, not sure if it was for their music or for the pretty ladies. After retiring he still enjoyed baking for his friends and family. He especially cherished visits from his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Thoralf and Elsa also his brothers Dagfinn and Roy.

He willl be greatly missed by his family and his close friends.

Kenneth is survived by his only sister, Sonja Olsen and his brother, Brian (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Brian Olsen, Jr. (Sabra), Jennifer Quinn (Daniel), Christopher Olsen (Maribel) and Daniel Olsen. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law Margaret and her three children, Kara Olsen, Devin Olsen, and Morgan Rebel (Andrew) Additionally Kenneth is survived by many great nieces and nephews along with aunts, uncles and cousins in Norway.

There will be a Memorial Service determined by the family at a later date.
