Larry Dean Peace, age 67 of Kinzers PA, passed away at Hospice Mount Joy on January 13th, 2025.

Born in Lancaster, PA on October 10, 1957, he was the son of the late Harry U Peace Sr, and Janet Hope (Myers) Peace. Upon graduating from Octorara High School in Atglen PA, Larry worked for over 20 years at Tysons Food, New Holland PA. After retirement he enjoyed his time hauling the Amish.

Larry was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and Elvis fan. He enjoyed driving his 64' Chevelle to car shows and Cecil County Maryland. Larry loved spending time with family and friends, he loved attending all family gatherings. Larry was the most positive, loving, God-fearing man.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Derek, brothers, Harry, Darry, Tarry, and Barry. Larry is survived by his children, Larry Peace Jr., Christie Slaymaker (Mike), his siblings, Debra Monk, Cathy Renshaw (Earl), Garry Peace (Robin), Valerie Murr, and Michele Meginley (Warren), 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews who loved him very much.

A celebration of life for family and friends will be held from 10:00am-12:00pm on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at Wesley Church, 1104 Kirkwood Pike, Quarryville PA 17566.
