IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mary
Lobiondo
January 23, 1946 – December 20, 2024
Mary LoBiondo, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. Born on January 23, 1946, in Philadelphia to Guido and Antoinette Zanni, Mary was the cherished sister of Joseph(Toni) and Louis. Her life was a testament to love and devotion—a legacy that will forever resonate within her family.
Mary's journey through life was marked by her unwavering commitment to those she loved. As the devoted wife of Richard LoBiondo for many years, their partnership exemplified true companionship built on mutual respect and affection. Together they created a warm home filled with laughter and joy.
As a mother to three daughters—GinaMarie Harrington (James), Leonora Russo (Raymond), and Patricia Conicelli (Anthony)—Mary poured her heart into nurturing them with wisdom and kindness. She had an extraordinary gift for giving advice that came from deep understanding; her words often served as guiding lights during challenging times. The bond she shared with each daughter was unique yet equally profound; they were not just children but also confidantes who carried forward her spirit of compassion.
Her role as grandmother brought Mary immense happiness as she embraced every moment spent with James Jr., Rayann, and Evan. Each visit was filled with stories shared over cookies baked together or afternoons spent playing games—moments that will be treasured forever by those lucky enough to have known her warmth.
Family gatherings were at the core of Mary's existence; she thrived in the company of loved ones—her nieces and nephews included—and took great pleasure in creating memories that would last generations. Whether it was holiday celebrations or simple Sunday dinners around the table adorned with delicious homemade meals prepared by Mary herself—the essence of family resonated deeply within these moments.
Funeral services will be held at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church located at 1718 S. 9th Street in Philadelphia PA 19148 on Thursday January 9 at 10am
In remembering Mary LoBiondo's remarkable life filled with love for family above all else—we honor not only what she accomplished but also how profoundly she touched our hearts through selflessness & gracefulness until we meet again.
