Mauro John Cusatis, 84, of Lancaster died Monday, October 24, 2022. His life began December 2,1937 in Hazelton, PA. Mauro was one of five children born to John and Veronica (Stahura) Cusatis. He married Bonnie (Armstrong) and they raised their family together. Mauro served our country in the Marine Corp from 1955 through 1958. He enjoyed crosswords and building wooden 3D puzzles. He was an avid camper and fisherman. He liked old cars, and especially fixing the cars he owned. He was a fantastic husband, father, and grandfather. Mauro loved watching Loony Tunes on Saturday morning with his girls, whom he always put before everything. Mauro will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; two sons, John (Bonnie) Cusatis and Richard Cusatis; four daughters, Melissa Cusatis (Michael Bell), Joanne Cusatis (Darrell Murray), Nicole (Jim) Hill, and Danielle Cusatis; two grandchildren, Arianna and Lonnie; one brother, Robert Cusatis and one sister, Elaine Tracy. He also leaves behind many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Cusatis, Richard Cusatis and Paul Tracy. The family has entrusted the arrangements to Cremation Services of Pennsylvania.
