Orlander Cheek, 66 of Lancaster died peacefully on Saturday, September 24,2022 Born in Lancaster on June 6th 1956, he was the son of the late William Ross Cheek, & the late Leora (Smitherman ) Cheek . He was a 1974 graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School. Orlander worked as a laborer for over 12 years with Armstrong World Industries in where he retired. He also worked for QVC for numerous years following his retirement. He enjoyed attending & Watching Sporting events, with his favorite teams being: Minnesota Vikings, LA Lakers & St Louis Cardinals. He also loved to Cook, especially for his loved ones. Orlander had a very good sense of Humor, a contagious laugh and will be greatly missed by his family & friends. He is survived by 3 brothers, Wayne M. Cheek , Kenneth L, Cheek & Ronald Cheek, a maternal Aunt , and a Host of Nieces, nephews & cousins.
