Philip L. Bowman, 79, of Holtwood, went to be with his LORD and Savior on November 25, 2025. Born in Lancaster to the late Everett Claire and Yvonne (Auer) Bowman, Phil was a private man who enjoyed the outdoors. He loved fly fishing, hiking, kayaking, and gardening. He was an extensive lover of music and enjoyed playing it as well. He played the recorder, trumpet, and guitar and enjoyed playing with friends and family. He often took his recorder out into nature to play as well.

Phil was a very intelligent man who enjoyed computer programming, technology troubleshooting, and research and worked in the printing industry for more than 25 years.

He is survived by his other younger brothers, Terry Bowman (Nancy), Michael Bowman (Amy), and Steven Bowman (DeeAnn), as well as multiple nieces and nephews, also his dear longtime friend, Mavis Mahlberg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his younger brother Douglas E Bowman. He will be missed dearly by his loved ones.

A celebration of life will be held privately by the family at a later date.
