Rachel Stoner

Rachel D. Stoner, 52, of York, passed away on August 21, 2026. Born in York to the late Ronald D. and Ruth A. Stoner, she was the loving partner of George Garcia.

Rachel was a dedicated family caretaker who enjoyed being with her family, painting nails, anything with Snoopy. In addition, she enjoyed short road trips and ALWAYS had a cup of coffee.

Family was important to Rachel.

She was a member of Friendship Community Church.

In addition to her partner, George, Rachel is survived by her daughter, Renee Garcia.
