Ramon Ibarra Capetillo

Ramon Ibarra Capetillo, 50, of Carlisle, passed away on August 2, 2026. Born in Siloa, Mexico, he was the son of Ruben Rivera and Soledad Maria Ibarra.

Ramon loved watching soccer and boxing. He enjoyed spending time with his children and watching them play their many school sports. Visiting his native Mexico to see all his family was especially meaningful.

For more than 25 years, Ramon worked as a cook at many local diners including the Sunnyside Diner, Middlesex Diner, Marysville Diner, and the Carlisle Diner

He is survived by his ex-wife Jessica Ibarra; his children, Isaias Ibarra, Ruben Ibarra, Liliana Ibarra, Thalia Ibarra, and Antonio Ibarra; his parents, Ruben and Soledad; as well as extended family and many friends.
