Regina Iva Harlacker

Regina “Jean” Iva (Kane) Harlacker, 68, of Spring Gove, passed away Saturday May 30, 2026, at her residence, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Ricky L. Harlacker to whom she was married for 39 years.

Born February 20th, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Joseph H. and Sarah A. (Eckenrode) Kane. Jean worked for many years at Pfaltzgraff and Graham Architectural. But her true joy was her daughter, Jenn, and even more so, her grandchildren, Austin, Abby, and Maddy, to whom she devoted her entire being. She is also survived by her sisters, Ruthie, Dot, Fay, and Josie. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ellen.

As Jean wished, there will be no services or funeral. She wanted you to remember her as she lived: As unapologetically strong-willed. As passionately loving. As a fierce protector of “her people”. As Mom. As Nana.
