Ronald E. Hart

Ronald E. Hart, 93, of Mountville, passed away at Abbeyville Nursing & Rehab on September 16, 2026. Born in Lancaster in 1933, he was the son of the late Clarence and Violet (Collins) Hart.

After earning his GED, he owned and operated his own business, Hart's Disposal. Outside of work, he enjoyed bowling, participating in the Senior Games, and collecting coins and stamps. He was also an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.

Ronald is survived by his children, Dawn L. Cockrell, Dody M. Hart (wife of Frank Widder), and Denton J. Hart; his grandchildren, Dustin E. Hart, Tabitha D. Cockrell, and Edward M. Cockrell; as well as extended family and friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents and his oldest son, Duane E. Hart.
