Sandra "Sandy" Dawn (Taylor) Nickel passed away suddenly, surrounded by her loving family on March 28, 2026.

Born on May 21, 1975, to Robert Taylor and Rose Albright Taylor, she was the loving wife of her high school sweetheart Joe Nickel, with whom they shared 32 inseparable years.

Sandy was the best mother to Rose Ibach (Jeffrey), Ericka Brooks (Dylan), and Bradley Nickel (Ashley). Her greatest joy was being Mommom to Blake, Paislee, Barrett, Layla, Bane, Ellie, and Olivia. She was Aunt Sandy to numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She loved her siblings, Candy Taylor (Matt) and Ron Taylor (Shawneen).

Sandy was proceeded in death by her twin babies (stillborn), and her beloved granddaughter Ellie, as well as her parents and brother.

Funeral services will be held privately.
