Shontony "Tony" R. Dillon, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2024, in Hummelstown, PA, at the age of 53. Born in McComb, Mississippi, on November 3, 1971, Tony spent his life leaving a trail of inspiration and love, etched in the hearts of all who knew him.

Tony's journey through life was marked by his unwavering loyalty and infectious humor, traits that made him a cherished companion and confidant. Whether he was firing up the grill or savoring a fine cigar, Tony's captivating presence radiated warmth and joy. His passion for golfing, music, and wine tasting showcased his zest for life and his desire to enjoy every moment to the fullest.

A devoted family man, Tony leaves behind his loving wife, Rachel Dillon, who stood by his side with unwavering support. His legacy lives on through his children: Shontonel Cooke with her husband Jeremy, Ashley Williams, Alan Dillon, Antionette Dillon, Shontoya Dillon, and Brianna Dillon, who carry forward the values he imparted with love. He was the cherished son of Andrew (Pops) Jackson and Susan Brownstein, and Bessie (Elaine) and Marquette Tate, as well as Bette Porter. The bonds of family extended to his brothers and sisters: Eddie Jackson, Priscilla Jackson, Andretta Sampson, Tomica Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Tylia Jones, Derayko (Pete) Conerly, Marquis Conerly, and Tina Thompson (Gracie Pho).

Tony found fulfillment and joy in his career at Seedway, where he formed enduring relationships and made significant contributions. His colleagues will remember him not only for his hard work but also for the sense of humor and camaraderie he brought to every project.

Though his passing leaves a void, his spirit endures in the heartbeats of those he touched. Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life at his memorial, which will be held December 6th at Susquehanna Valley Church located at 6433 Union Deposit Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17111. The family will have a brief welcome from 6pm-6:30pm, with the celebration of life services immediately following at 6:30pm.

Condolences and expressions of support can be directed to the family home or through a donation to Hospice of Central PA or to his Go Fund me account. Tony's memory is a beacon of light and love, inspiring all to cherish each precious moment.
