Stephen Erb, Sr., passed away peacefully on October 3, 2024, in Hershey, PA. Born on March 15, 1954 to Barbara E. Chubb and C. Charles Erb of York, PA. Stephen is survived by his wife Ruth Erb, his two children Stephen Jr. Erb and Heather Erb, and three siblings Darryl Erb, Lori Erb, and Theodore Erb. His legacy continues in their hearts and in the many memories they hold dear.

Stephen graduated from East Pennsboro High School. After graduation he worked a wide range of jobs before dedicating his career to serving as a skilled truck driver for UPS. Stephen's career was marked by unwavering commitment and reliability. He remarked how he missed seeing and chatting with his colleagues after retirement.

Throughout life, Stephen was known for being good-natured and kind. He had great love for his family and was proud of his kids. He also enjoyed spending time with his many pets and in nature hiking, camping, and skiing.

Condolences and fond memories are welcomed. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pennsylvania SPCA, to honor Stephen's love for animals. Stephen will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
