Timothy Kozak

Timothy Kozak, 70, of Lancaster, passed away on October 15, 2026. Born in New York in 1950, he was the son of Mike and Sophie Kozak and the longtime partner of Maureen Rogers.

Tim was a renaissance man, having worked and lived in Alaska, Oregon and New York. He mined for gold, ran a precious stone business, invested in real estate, and practiced Elder Law.

Tim loved to laugh and was known for dressing up as Santa Claus at Christmas for his nieces. He was also an avid art collector.

Tim is survived by his brother Michael Kozak; his nieces Marisa Kozak Ringe and Alexis Sophie Sig Kristensen; his girlfriend, Maureen Rogers; as well as extended family and many friends. Tim was well loved by many friends.
