Victor Hugh Plank, 73, of Lancaster, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Crystal A. (Forrest) Plank. Born in Williamsport, he was the son of the late William and Dorothy (Franc) Plank. Victor enjoyed fishing with his buddies, building and playing on the 'puter, and watching Penn State football. Vic is survived by his daughters, Jessica Miriam, wife of Charles J. Houde of Lancaster, Corrine Maria Plank, companion of Anthony Russell, Millersville, Lisa Plank, and Suzanne Plank. He is also survived by his brother, Dennis Plank of Virginia, and his sister, Deborah (Plank) Coll of Pennsylvania. He was known as "Pop-Pop" to his five grandchildren: Alyssa, Mya, Olivia, Cooper and Harper. Services will be private and at the discretion of the family.
