William Henry Becker, Jr. 84, passed away at Wellspan York Hospital on October 28, 2025. Born in Baltimore, MD to the late William and Eveyln (Mitchell) Becker, he was the loving husband of Annette Wingo-Becker with whom he shared decades of marriage. For more than 40 years, he worked in the rail industry as a train operator and engineer. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Dawn James, Pamela Cody, and La Trence V. Johnson, as well as extended family and many friends.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
