He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Roberta 'Toots' Fenninger. Bill is also survived by his mother, Barbara Lucy Fenninger of South Carolina, mother-in-law, Lois Ferguson; a beloved son, William Scott Fenninger (Patricia); a stepson, Steven Jaye Stensgard (Annie); and a daughter who he treasured, Samantha Jane Whitman. He is also survived by sisters, Melanie Stutzman (Tom), Debbie Duckworth (Jim), a brother Anothony Fenninger (Paula), and a sister-in-law, Sheila Snyder. He had many beloved grandchildren, William, Winston, Grayson, and Aniyah, as well as many nieces and nephews.
