William F. Warner's Obituary

William F. "Lil' Bill" Warner, 79, passed away March 27, 2025, at the Lebanon VA Hospital.

He was born July 1, 1945, in Harrisburg, PA. Bill was an employee of Mack Truck for 27 years.

He enjoyed watching Nascar Racing and the Pittsburgh Steeler's. Bill was a proud member, and enjoyed spending time at all the local VFW's, Legions, and Elks. He made a profound impact on everyone he met. He was a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

Bill proudly served in the U.S. Army for 13 years; 1963-1976 in Germany, Japan, and Tacoma WA.

Bill is survived by his elder sister, Doris E. Fortney, and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife, Julianne "Julie" Sheetz in 2001, as well as, his Father, James L. Warner and Mother, Elizabeth A. Warner, Brother, James Jr., and Sister, Helen Warner.

Service of Military Honors will be held at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 1, 2025.
